I feel a little bit sad about, that my first post is a negative one.
But this is something I want to share with you anyway.
First I have to say that I made so long good experiences with kraken.
I'm a Tier 3 verified Customer (this is the nearly highest verification you can get) and a
I made deposits and trades over a year without problems.
Last week a made deposit (inside the limits) and it's still set on hold since that. I can see in the Web-UI that they still received the money.
So I sent a message to the support an few days ago. No answer. Only the automatic "we have receive you message blah blah" from the ticketsystem.
Today, I sent a second mail, where I asked what the status is?
Also an autoresponse message, which says: "we don't accept requests via email at the moment" WTF?!
I found some articles on steem and reddit with similar problems... They are some months old, but the issues seems to be the same.

Sorry kraken, that's not a little issue for me and this is not the kind of business relationship I expected.
For now you are on my "not-trustworthy-list" and I can't recommend you anymore.
