It can be seen that, there is almost same order book in bitfinex and we can see possible dump of 700-800$ from now. There are more than 11000 btc buy order in single exchange till 5000$ price and only 8600+ btc sell order till 10000$ price.
So, There may be price manipulation by big whales who have thousands of Bitcoin and may be they are making single green candle and then dumping it in 15-15 minutes candle to frustrate people because they may want to get btc as much as possible for the next bull run.
The price reversal can happen from 5500$ or From 5200$-5300$.
So, There is no need to worry about btc, just step back and spend some time with some friends & family and belief in that things is going to turn around soon.
