Since the listing of bitcoin in the stock markets, there has been a spike of speculations regarding the bitcoin price trends. Many so called analysts have come up with their own suggestions. Some have even go on to suggest that this is the beginning of the end of this crypto currency and its conglomerate.
But according to Mark Yusko, the founder and chief investment officer at Morgan Creek Capital, the die-hard cryptomenias are in for a big time surprise. He forecasts the price of Bitcoin to reach the $1,000,000 mark in the coming decades. Mark went on to predict that Bitcoin could actually reach the half a million ($500,000) mark within the next twenty (20) years.
He goes on to say that, his firm is going to raise up to $500 million to start a new hedge fund focused exclusively on cryptoassets and other blockchain-related investments Ref
If what Mark says about Morgan Creek Capital investment is true, then this may open a big venue for many skeptic firms and organisations to invest heavily in crypto markets and currencies.
With this insight, there many people in the investment communities around the world who think otherwise. Many think that the whole Bitcoin phenomenon is just a hoax or even a time bomb waiting to explode.
I am of the opinion that is always the losers that will always vehemently oppose any grassroots positive movement such as Bitcoin movement. The rise of Bitcoin and all other successful crypto currencies such as Altcoin, Ethereum and others, have caught many old timers’ investors off target. If you listen to these types of people you will find yourself daunting any form of investment that the so called gurus either do not understand or like. One need to understand that these old-timers are still locked in their apocalyptic investment ideas that may no longer be even convincing in the next few years to come.
I would sincerely like to know the opinion of others about what Mark Yusko has predicted. Dou you really think that Bitcoin will reach the $500,000 price ark in the next 20 years, let alone reach $1,000,000 in next few decades?
