Was anyone as stupid as me and left his NXT coins on poloniex?

I'm quite new to the crypto-cummunity and as it seems a bit to less informed.

I left my NXT coins on poloniex and missed the IGNIS present. So what would you recommend me to do with NXT coins? Do you see an upside trend..

Would appreciate your recommendations and please feel free to share your story, if something similar happened to you.
