Not as much crypto as its the underlying blockchain technology behind it. Its more or less a sleeping giant right now because people are waiting for something big to happen. The hype kinda got overblown towards the end of 2017 and now the focus is on refining the technology more than trying to go mainstream with it which in my opinion is the way it should be right now.
