I am a US citizen going through legal process to set-up my crypto business in Switzerland. Its the US loss for these extreme regulations. Now the investment money will follow into Switzerland to make them richer and not US. Its only b/c of the US policies and fear from SEC why I did this. If the business becomes large its a potential 1 billion+ loss for the US in opportunity cost.
