Kidnapping, rape, torture, murder and selling the gruesome videos he has made which detail the terror and pain of these child victims. -The perpetrator of these horrendous acts seems to be the most deprived individual one would ever come across.

Peter Scully fled to the Philippines from Australia in 2011, after allegedly pleasing dozens of trusting investors of millions of dollars in property and IT scams. While local police were aware of the fraud stir, no one could guess that he would soon ignite a global manhunt, wanted for the most gruesome crimes against children.

Scully and his cohorts operated a secret child pornography site called “No Limits Fun”, where he sold the videos for up to $10,000 per view, using cryptocurrencies like bitcoins as a mode of payment. He produced videos not just of little girls performing sexual acts but also of young girls being assaulted and tortured -depending on their clients' demands. There were no limits to what they made these young girls do.

He filmed his atrocities at his base in Mindanao (in the southern Philippines) and sold his made-to-order vile videos to pedophiles around the world. He would do anything requested by his consumers, even up to the killing of the child victim in the course of sexual abuse.

Dutch police tried to track down where the videos were made, and isolated the of abuse to the Philippines. He pixelated his own face in his horrendous videos, so no one knew who was behind those acts. -If Scully couldn't hide his accent and it took another Australian, Paul Hopkins to spot it.
The case just came together by everyone doing a little bit and finally, the hunt was on. Scully didn't notice the extraordinary determination and cooperation by police officers around the world to track him down and to bring this monster to justice.

Agent Janet Francisco led the NBI investigation. They believed that he not only had a global market of pedophiles but local help as well. Scully even recruited his girlfriends, just teenagers themselves to procure his child victims. Eighteen-year-old Carme Ann Alvarez was one of Scully's girlfriend's. She's in jail for what she did for him. During an interview, she claimed that Scully's initial proposal was to adopt street children.

On the impoverished streets of Cagayan de Oro, it wasn't difficult to find hungry and desperate children. Carme picked them up, offering them food and education. When she came back a couple of days later, the first two children she invited were already wearing dog-collars and leashed. She then was groomed to become one of the torturers in his porn videos.

She hopes to forget the horror when she grows up, she said in an interview.

He will escape death penalty, despite what police say were the most gruesome cases of child torture, abuse and murder they have ever seen in the country. The law excluded Scully's alleged crimes from a death penalty bill that has just passed in the country's parliament.

The notorious alleged sex predator reportedly continues to communicate with the outside world even behind bars. If that was not enough, Scully is now believed to be operating his immoral child trafficking business from inside the City Jail in Cagayan de Oro, where he allegedly continues to receive “special treatment.”
