August 7, 2018 marked a milestone, as the total numbers of installed bitcoin ATMs across the world have crossed over 3,500.
Its number is growing fast as both the popularity of Bitcoin ATMs as well as the acceptance of Bitcoin are on the rise globally. Crypto users can easily buy and sell this virtual currency using ATM.
According to the latest data of Coinatmradar, which tracks Bitcoin ATM locations globally, the number of Bitcoin ATMs throughout the world stood at 3,503 on August 7.
Out of these ATMs, about 52.7% supports Altcoins while 49% and 32.1% support Litecoin and Ether, respectively.
Coinatmradar said despite the slump in bitcoin prices there was no negative impact on demand for crypto ATMs across the world.
