Anyone here use Coinhako and what is your experience?

Amidst the jitter of cryptocurrencies (mainly because of China banning ICOs), I am looking for a reliable exchanges to get my hand into the cryptocurrencies.

So far, Coinhako seems to keep popping up in my search. However, I also saw some negative reviews about this exchange, especially on the service and high spread. Note : I am in Singapore and Coinhako seems to be the right fit.

So, like to check around the Steemians here whether you have any personal experience with Coinhako and what is your verdict?
