Today I want to share some good news with all of you since a few weeks ago it was announced that in a mall in my city called Parque Los Aviadores, which is the largest mall in Venezuela is working so that all of its stores adopt cryptocurrencies like payment methods. They are going to start with a ticket office for the electronic exchange between Onix and the bolivar, the local currency of my country. A plan that is viable, because the necessary technology already exists to carry it out.
In an alliance with OnixCoin, which is the first Venezuelan cryptocurrency on the blockchain platform that has commercialization in international markets, the mall plans to become the first to adopt cryptocurrencies massively as a form of payment in the country. The goal of the project is for all commercial establishments to accept OnixCoin, and other digital currencies.
I have heard some ideas that I find very interesting, such as discounts on payments made in digital currencies and the creation of exclusive weekends where all sales will be made in cryptocurrencies.
I am happy to know that in my city people are starting to talk massively about cryptocurrencies and I hope that this type of payment methods will continue to increase throughout the country. And you already paid and bought something with the cryptocurrencies, how is this theme handled in your city? Let me know, in the comments below!
