So was the last correction just a shakedown, and realignment into other crypto currencies? I'm not sure but I can see allot more activity, and changes in behavior from people like John McAfee and others. They all of a sudden have started tweeted about specific coins, and reassuring new people within the market. Now to be honest I have done well with his tweets since I already own some of his suggestions. Now others think he is just pump and dumping certain coins, and that could be the case, but I'm thinking there is more too it, and I am going to explain it here.
Let's a take a look at his history a little.
1. First he is 72 years old.
2. Created McAfee Antivirus
3, British and American Nationality
4. He worked as a programmer from 1968 to the 1980's
5. 1987 McAfee founded McAfee Associates, a computer anti-virus company.
6. 1994 he sold his remaining holdings in the company McAfee Associates
7. He was apart of various startups even until today.
8. May 2016, McAfee was appointed CEO of MGT Capital Investments
9. McAfee has also moved MGT into mining of bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies

Now here is where I am going to take some information from this white paper/presentation.
So now we have his new coin, and when you listen to his interviews, and his tweets he does not mention it much. But he starts giving people what they have been asking for crypo suggestions. He also annoices on twitter the following tweet.
Now you have to consider what he is personally interested in and what he might be wanting to accomplish in 2018/2019 and the roadmap for McAfee coin has some useful information in that regard. He has generated a tremendous amount of attention with his picks, and proven he can move the market of a coin with his picks. He personally does not seem to gain from most of these picks so why would he be giving people what they have been asking for now on Dec 21st 2017. Well starting in Febuary of 2018 he has a vested interest in other ICO's and will need to get them allot of attention. Just by being active, controversial, and saying crazy things on twitter and interviews helps these future launches.
Now look at the timing of this.
You have several ICO's and the main McAfee Coin launching from Q1 to Q2 2018. He will need to raise allot of money for this project. So what he is doing is conditioning followers, and other to invest or take a look at what he will have a vested interest in starting Q1 2017. Allot of people will fund these ICO's because of the hype, and attention gained from earlier picks. He gains nothing now, and will have a loyal audience when the launch really does happen. I now expect that he will continue, and only encourage people to complain and will not care. I am not saying what he is doing is bad or wrong just pointing what I'm seeing from the outside looking in.
To be honest this guy is really smart, and is thinking about the next two years. The overall cryptocurrency market is going to explode, and he know's it. He is positioning his company, and his personal brand to maximize the hype for maximin financial effect and impact.
So what did this coin do today so far? If I'm correct he needs to be able to move the market of a particular coin.
So this is up over 100% and don't you think those who want to launch within his new companies, and the financial supporters of his new company are not paying attention. Of course there are and this is only the latest of his tweets.
Notice the volume change and how many people did respond to the hype, and buy the coin. Do you now see the impact, and how he is leveraging his name, and the social impact of his tweets. But as you can see it is working, and he will keep going since it is apart of a larger plan to expand the use of his personal brand.
Once he starts launching these ICO's people will feel confident that he can move the market, and help generate the activity needed. His own coin will have a huge launch, and not with his tweet's on twitter, but will be apart of a much larger marketing plan. Think of what he is accomplishing, and what he can do as time goes on and the attention from media, and people freaking out.
In my opinion he is a little crazy, and a genius who is aware of the bigger picture pursuing his true goals for 2019. So it bears watching his tweets, and following his company activities, and how things go. If he starts getting the money he needs for his projects then he is succeeding, and helping to move his portion of crypto into the mainstream.
