Crypto currencies were never created to be an asset but to aid people to make transactions fast, safe and easier across the globe without need of a a central governing system.
With the recent spike of bitcoin price, More investers are treating crypto currency as an investement. On one side, Its happy to see more people getting aware of blockchain tech, but on the other side its sad that crypto currencies are successful as an asset more than a currency.
