It was an AIRDROP day!

It has been a busy day for me,after my offline engagements today,I decided to meet up with a great steemian Hive account@ifioklee to put me through with how airdrop works.lots of folk have been singing to my ears "join airdrop",but since I love to be deliberate in anything I do,I decided to create time to understand the basis of how airdrop works today!

Now the process;
1)Hive account@ifioklee told me the first thing to do is to create an Ethereum wallet address since most airdrop link will ask me for it. I then created a wallet using Imtoken.Imtoken app was downloaded from Google play store,I did the necessary registration and got my wallet.

2)I registered on bitcointalk.org,an online platform that enables users to discuss anything related to cryptocurrency

I also copied and saved my bitcointalk profile address and bitcointalk ID incase if it is needed by any airdrop link.

3)I registered on waveswallet.io,a multiple-currency wallet.



This is really cool and new to me and I loved it because I was used to having only a Bitcoin wallet from blockchain.info

4)Hive account@ifioklee also sent me links to some telegram airdrop community which I joined.

On the airdropAlert community,I registered and got 20CEX and I referred him and got additional 10CEX token..lol

5)Finally he showed me how to check how many airdrop token I have using etherscan at etherscan.io

It was indeed a busy but productive day,am glad that steemit blockchain gave me an opportunity to come into the cryptocurrency world I have been trying to understand.
