Will Steem be the next big currency?

For all of you wandering if steem will be the next big crypto-currency there isnt a definitive answer. Given crypto-currency is a thing of the future and more people decide to join the movement and invest in it everyday it may not be a thing of the future...

In late 2016 Bitcoin took a massive swoop up to the most valuable and most use crypto-currency on the net and lately ( in late 2017) it continues to rise up to an amazing $17,000 per bitcoin. So why isnt that possible with Steem? Well the short answer is, it is possible for steam to grow to the same rate or even more than bitcoin buy it is just not too likely. At the moment steem is averaging at $2 and is slowly on the rise, helped out by the site D-Tube which has started to boost the currency. So for steem to grow even more in the next year or so the Steemit community will need to widen the customer base of steemit by sharing and spreading the word about this upcoming crypto-currency.

Now this is just my opinion and i may be completely wrong on this but i believe that if more people upvote and share content like this, therefore spreading the word. Steem could be an upcoming crypto-currency for sure.
