Interesting stuff. The thing about BitShares (like STEEM) is it's all visible via the block explorer, right? So if they were to sell on another exchange they'd have to first transfer from their account to that exchnage's account to deposit which would be obvious as everyone would see the transfer, right?

It's possible there is a lot of manipulation going on, but I'm not sure someone suppressing the price counts as evidence.
