I believe there is a great need for easy to use, decentralized apps in the digital assets space. Abra is a mighty step in that direction.
For someone who uses a mobile for 80-85% of my online activities, an application like Abra is the perfect crypto solution.
I’ve been using Coinbase for almost 2 years now and have been fairly satisfied with the user experience. Transfers to and from a bank account are easy and fairly quick but not owning the private keys is a big deal.
On top of not having control of the asset, the fees that Coinbase charges are exorbitant -anything from 2-5% depending on the method of payment is the norm.
Abra does not charge for withdrawals or deposits and by my calculations has a 1-1.5% fee for processing fiat purchases.
At the moment, there are 50 fiat currency options which opens the door for a plethora of countries to participate.
Abra offers over 20 cryptocurrencies for their customers to purchase such as the stalwarts, Bitcoin, Litecoin, and Ethereum. They also have lesser known projects like OMG, Augur, and Qtum.
I’ve been recommending Abra to new crypto enthusiasts as their starting point for investing fiat dollars.
You can download Abra from the [App Store](Abra: Bitcoin, Ripple, LTC by Plutus Financial
