Your post is excellent as always and full of sage nuggets that reflect many and myriad experiences. I ready your timely words and am reminded to be mindful about my re-entry here - better to create something I can sustain than to be a momentary flash.

It's been 2 years + since I've had a meaningful presence here and have been feeling the gravitational pull to be writing again. The practice of writing about various aspects of work and life was golden and I really miss it. Think I just didn't have the bandwidth for the past few years with all of the intense transition happening in my own microworld. Too much to digest! I'm going to see if the writing flows and begin with simply reading and upvoting for the moment.
