Protocols are always a much better investment.
You say, "Tezos launches later today." Can you tell me where you heard this? I know Beta is due to go live in Q2 and Mainnet in Q3 but I haven't anything more than that.
My main concern with Tezos is their lack of communication and the launch delays. It got good funding via the ICO but it doesn't appear they have used this to speed things up. This project has been in development for years now and there comes a point when you have to start asking questions.
I don't believe that Etherium will hold the top spot for much long. It's not very often that the first past the finish line wins in technology. This prize usually goes to someone who improves on the first mover. It could be Tezos if all this development time has been used to build an incredible tool.
Personally, I'm more excited about EOS which launches at the end of the month. However, I will be investing in Tezos because it's a protocol and all smart crypto investors should spread their portfolio across all protocols.
Thanks for sharing.
