When (if ever) will the bitconnect price begin to rise. Personally (yes this highly opinionated), after recent events and controversy of the abrupt end of their lending platform and temporary exchange shut down. I don't believe the BCC token will ever rise to meet or go above it's previous ATH of ~$400+. My main reasoning behind this is the current credibility of bitconnect after most supporters suffered major losses after the end of the lending program.
HOWEVER,
I do believe if bitconnect focuses solely on the their ICO & improving and making the coin itself a functional and competitive coin, it will have a chance of seeing a price raise in comparison to its current $30 value.
