The best crypto exchange to use? HELP needed

So i am looking for some advice on the best exchange to use and i think there is no better place to ask than the Hive account@steemit community.

If you have read any of my post i am fairly new to cryptocurrency and looking to move some coins from my wallet to an exchange to trade but don't know which is the best one, i have come up with the best 4 from what i have read but i would like to get the opinion of some experienced users i am stuck between the below exchanges;

If you could let me know which exchange you use and most importantly which to avoid i would appropriate the help.
