You’ll have to have an intermediate coin. For example, Hive to Litecoin to USD. I use Litecoin or Dash as the intermediate because they have lower transfer fees than Bitcoin.

Hive account@blocktrades is where I do most of my conversions. You send your Hive and Blocktrades sends the intermediate to whatever address you want where you can convert to USD.
