So I do not have much experience with hardware when it comes to crypto. But I know there are special wallets you can buy to keep your crypto safe and it is possible to put crypto on a usb stick. These are options but what about a phone? This would need to be down at the start of production so you would need to see a partnership between a phone company and a coin. But is that really that crazy? It would give an edge to both companies and people could carry their crypto with them.
On top of that you could use fingerprint tech and voice recognition to access it. It would be a convenient way to carry and spend your coins in different places.
Now the question is would you want it? On the plus side it would be really convenient especially for apps that paid you in crypto. You could just get the coins sent to your phone. And you could spend them on the go. On the other side I would be too nervous to lose my phone. Sure if it is a couple of hundred dollars worth it would not be so bad but what if you had more. If the phones were cheap enough and you used them as a wallet I think it could work.
