SENTIMENT, SENTIMENT and the old fashioned chart! Works for me.
We saw alarmingly negative sentiment at 8400 Bitcoin (see the chart below) as well as the obvious over bought condition.
We have contended the pullback to occur right there (8400) would be mild. A great trade for traders only if you took our recent buy at 5850 end of June. We said support would be found at about 7700 but more than likely about 7250. Alas, right here at 7483 we've bounced over 200 points but better than that, the SENTIMENT indicators I follow have jacked up more to the bullish camp. We have a little wall of worry forming and we like it. Stay long BTC. Yes it tough to buy here when we called buy almost 1600 points lower.
Let me go on record now! It will be in the fall, and like gold's big move coming, the same for BTC. Watch for 10,000 before year's end.
 would have a short term top also a week back at about 25,600. Lots of "longs (too many) jumped aboard.
Where the dow touched support at 25,170 in came shorts in numbers too good NOT to rally..market psychology is just amazing when you learn to read it. Next? I continue to believe this market is in big trouble longer term. Although we may move somewhat higher, you'll be glad you are out...."if" you are out.
The absolute bargains are in the out of favor precious metals. And, its been downright painful. CHARLES NENNER (find him today on GOLDSEEK.com. a recent interview via you tube. Nenner is another great who many regard as the best in market cycles. He did call for 1900 gold and about 50 .00 silver long before they occured. Today gold hit is target of 1212. He looks for 2500.00 gold within two years. Regardless my friends we are witnessing the best setup for gold and silver in many years.
