Good morning CryptoPubbers and welcome inside the pub on this glorious day of a pause in the red!
We have a smattering of green this morning after a long and dark night! Bitcoin reached a low of a hair above 7k and is sitting at $7,400, up 2% from this time yesterday. Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin and NEO are up over 5% and ETH is +4.5 percent correcting from low lows yesterday. What is interesting is EOS and TRX are both down over 2% just days away from their mainnet launches when you would expect some FOMO.

Taking a look at the 12-hour chart for a medium term hint at where we are, there are encouraging signs including a big green spike in trading volume. The MACD has crossed up (which is usually part of a pump,) and there is a bullish diversion on both the MACD and the STOCH with their lines going up while the lows on price went down. I would target a return to $7600 or 7700 while keeping the Sobriety line in the corner of my eye as we are not out of the woods til we start reaching the upper Bollinger line.

Sneaking a peak at the ETH 12-hour chart for our old skool miners, we seem to be in good shape as an upward cross on the MACD is imminent at this pace. Both bearish pennants were broken downward to bring us to the local bottom with a beautiful scalping entry below the support line and lower Bollinger. With a strong cross up, no shenanigans by BTC, and continued buy volume, we can expect to make it to just over $600 (Bollinger median line) as high as $640 (resistance line) or possibly $680 (Upper Bollinger and old support line) if the ETH bulls are back.
