I am the person that determines what services you need and then I write your order. Weather that is tires, new battery, oil change, headlights or other services we offer.

The part about the battery warranty... why would anyone change their battery in the first 14 months and then thinks he can get a replacement after two years just because he had a 3 years warrant?

that's inhumane... they want you to send you guys out of business even before you started 😴

The one thing that will set me off in a heartbeat is if you start berating my service technicians. They work very hard and they do the best job they can.
