Trolls. Time for a Bitch!
There seems to me to be some general bitchiness, slandering of site owners, and similar nonsense. I left a comment for one such troll, something like: if not a site owner, slander not.
The loss of Paypal as a payment processing tool to the affiliate marketing community, especially in North America, was a heavy blow. A lot of site owners have struggled to make payments to their members, and to upgrade scripts; however, they still have an obligation to their members to ensure sites work properly, are safe to use, and members get paid.
Frustration leads to anger, anger leads to trolls.
I still remember that moment. Checking now my notes, where is it, ah yes here we go:
August 15, 2012: surfed 25 to activate account, checked internal site calendar for upcoming contests.
August 16, 2012: support ticket sent as the click zone images were not matching up with the required image (support ticket reply not recorded).
September 4, 2012: account suspended owing to "wrong image" being clicked too many times; support ticket sent (thankfully, the text of that very angry and frustrated 4-letter vitriol was not recorded, and the few words I do remember I will not mention here!).
May 22, 2013: earlier account with my primary email address had been blocked so used secondary email address to set up new account, unable to use Internet Explorer web browser owing to image problems.
October 9, 2019: surfed site to check click image, used Firefox web browser, click zone working better but taking a lot longer to surf as too hard to compare images.
Please, when you get angry or frustrated because a site is not performing as you had hoped, try a different site, or wait awhile in the hope that the site owner will apply a fix. I wish I had done just that! After all these years, I still have that feeling of frustration with that traffic exchange!
The only reason I persisted using that site is simply because a lot of my online friends surf there. My friends matter more to me than any problems I may be having with a particular site owner. If that means I have to spend more time on that site to be seen with them, then so be it.
Bitch said and done, my life is calling: time for a change of attitude!
We are the champions, no time for losers, 'cause we are...

I thank you all - But it's been no bed of roses...just the clematis growing on the shed roof!
