Vertical and breathing is always a good thing... although sometimes I wonder if there isn't more we could be doing to improve our health! Shelter-in-Place was just lifted for our state (Texas) yesterday but in a limited capacity. While not arguing the pros and cons of masks and gloves, I do think people need a happy medium. Being in the "at-risk" category, I don't want to risk my health.. but I haven't seen my husband since Thanksgiving, since I broke my leg in early December and by the time I was allowed to drive, every nursing and veterans home was in shutdown. I still haven't held my newest grandson who will be 3 months old on Tuesday.
At what cost to myself and others, do I attempt to "break free"? Still on a cane, I can't do much walking yet, especially in the heat, and all the malls have been closed. There are just so many times you can walk around the house before your cats start wondering about your sanity... Talk about sanity... you can lose your mind trying to figure out which "expert" has the real insight on this COVID-19. Between the government announcements and prognostications, the conspiracy theories and trolls in general, who REALLY knows...
