I'm going to re-think the format for this competition, I might change to a monthly, or change the prizes, just not getting enough people entering the competition.

First Prize - Hive account@ir3k - A great scene and very colourful. I love the costumes, it looks like a great event.

We have an interesting tradition in our town.
It's festival called "Constellation" - City of Childhood.
We celebrate it in the beginning of autumn.
This celebration is an annual event.
There are open-air concerts in the street at this festival, where the children sing, dance, play various musical instruments, recite poems and even show small plays.
Also there is an exhibition of children's painting there.

Again I love the costumes here, I haven't heard of a Bunad before.

The Norwegian National Day is celebrated by almost everybody in Norway. It's a huge festivity where the people dress nice, preferably in Bunad which is the national costume. In the photo you can see two ladies wearing Bundad from the district Sunnmøre. They are waiting for the childrens parade. Every elementary school class have its own banner whitch they march under.

So , sorry again no more competitions for a while, or possibly a new format for the competition. Well done to all the entrants over the past 3 weeks, there have been some amazing and thought provoking entries.
