To shorten lunch time, and not have to shop to the market, today I make anchovy dish combined with beans instead of side dishes.
The steps I took, because the process of manufacture does not require a long time, and the ingredients are available in the kitchen.
The materials I have prepared for one portion are; 1/4 ounce anchovy, 1/4 oz
peanuts, 2 cloves of red onion, 1 clove of garlic,
4 pieces of red chili, 8 pieces
orange leaves, 1 sour tamarind,
17 red chili, 2 tablespoons sugar, salt and seasonings, to taste.
Once the material is available, then
clean the anchovy and remove the dirt, then wash it clean and drain.
After that, sliced onion, garlic, chili, and lemongrass, and mixed with orange leaves and small chilli then fried,
Once dry, remove and set aside.
Then fry peanuts that have been cleaned, after dry, remove and set aside.
Then fry anchovy, after dry, lift and wait until the oil down, then set aside.
Now lastly, fry the oil to taste then enter the water a little and then enter the tamarind, orange leaves, sugar, salt, and flavoring, wait until boiling then input the anchovy, peanuts, and fried onion with chilli, then lift and serve.
