-=- This article titled for women working out is a little off. It is in the way that there are a few good points made that not only affect women but are good tips for men to stay in shape. A couple of the points that I feel are important that Hive account@peterveronika shared are that no single workout can target a certain area of the body, also fat and muscle do not turn into each other and eating less (starving your self) isn't healthy. Though I do disagree with the idea that one must use weights to loose more weight. Doing heavy cardio as well as working out the larger body muscles (legs and core) really help the burn. Get that heart pumping! -=-
