The Daily Curie will return early next week. Weekly Updates will also be back to Mondays as usual from next week.
This week, we had 144 active curators, which is a new weekly high since we moved our operations to Streemian. However, overall approval rate was an all time low at only 42%. This is because new curators are submitting posts without reading the guidelines, understanding the spirit of Curie; submitting posts by their friends or sockpuppets instead of by merit etc. A low AR means reviewers are overworked, and we run over budget.

There's a new tiered system for weekly submission limits. As always, curators will receive submission limits according to their performance the previous week. Now, there will be four tiers.
CS >5, AR >85% - Unlimited submissions
CS >1 to 5 - 15 submissions
CS 0.2 to 1 and new curators - 1-2 submissions
CS <0.2 - 0 submissionsFrom next week, these submission limits will be followed strictly.

Over the last week, Project Curie curated a total of 129 posts at an average of 18 posts per day. This is flat from last week and still slightly under our operational capacity.

The Top Curators list will dynamically change every other week depending on performance. Anybody will be able to rise up the ranks with consistent, quality curation. Inconsistent, low-quality curation will result in dropping out of Top curators list(or regular curation, if under-performance continues).
This week, we have upvoted 124 posts submitted by curators in http://curiesteem.com, with 1,860 STEEM paid out to curators. This is flat from last week.
