You are right, there are so many people aboard these days. Steemit is growing as it was expected of it !!
People come here only to earn money but they find so much more. A community, a bunch of amazing friends, a new lifestyle, so many lessons to learn, improvements in their work and what not !! Steemit is a life changer and much much more worth then just a source of income. I recently wrote a whole article on it, about the ways steemit has COMPLETELY CHANGED MY LIFE, and how it can change other's. Have a look at it here if you feel like.

You are right, sometimes people need to be upvoted even if they are average writers so that they have a reason to post again and this time, with better quality and efforts. But at the moment, there are still so many people who are undervalued. I try my best to help the quality posters but I can't vote everyone. I hope others also understand how important it is to support others when you have the voting power. If everyone will support 10 people, there would be enough supports on steemit.
