Does this skip the human touch?
If each piece of content is built over a core human emotion (or emotions) then it makes sense that a client must have trust in the curator.
The client should trust the curator with the brand.
Would we trust machines with our brands?
Associating the brand with the wrong emotion causes things like the 2017 Pepsi fiasco with that TV show family.
Canned fizzy sugar water, as a product idea, is no longer in touch with the idea trends of today. Additionally, the product idea aligns Pepsi’s brand with the anti-thesis of the popular idea trends of today.
