How it will be used
For the last week roughly, I have had 800 of my NEOXAG set as a delegation from my main account 
I hadn't created any other accounts for tribe curation and this one was sitting around, doing nothing but Steem Monsters at lower ranks. So not only was 800 NEOXAG delegated for curation purposes and using it well, but I delegated this alt account another 900 to bring it up to 1700, which should give near 1 - 2 NEOXAG for a 100% upvote from what I could see, sometimes a little less depending on the amount when I upvote.
So not only is it going to be used well to provide others with the small amounts I can give out, to help them get something for the effort they put into their posts, but I already have gotten between the 50% that gets staked and 50% into my steem-engine, a little over 5 and I think that is about half a weeks worth of curation. We all know the more we can get from curation and can stake, the more we can provide others with our upvotes.
I will eventually work towards buying bits of PAL over time as well as I would like to have curation going for posts with the #palnet which tend to be one of the tags used all the time. It was the first tribe created or as far as I know, it was and the amount of content there both varies and is of quality material (minus the poor posts) and until I can start coming up with posts once more on this account, this will make use of it well.
There may be the possibility to buy into another tribe too, if I find one that I will be curating lots on while hitting #neoxian and #palnet posts, but those two will be the focus for quite a while and so will growth on both tribes!
