Custom fun. Turn your 1/6 Hasbro R2-D2 into a nicer figure.

Hey folks. Custom time again.
Today I used a 12” scale Hasbro R2-D2 and I’m gonna turn him into a figure that looks great next to your 1/6 Hot Toys and Sideshow figures.
I cleaned him off with water and let dry. I used Tamiya Acrylic Paints and made a flat black wash with water and filled in some lines for definition and weathering. I wanted him to look like he was in a small battle. I used some wire laying around the house and cut into strips and painted a red/grey mix and then gorilla glued them on.
I love collecting the real high end 1/6 figures but they go for lots of $$$. Save when you can.
