Okay, my first #cycling post on Steemit. I'm still trying out how this works here but I hope to post more content about this topic. See how it goes.
I am a cycling enthousiast who likes to climb the famous mountains and passes in the Alpes. The last decade I really fell in love with the Dolomite mountains in Italy. A spectacular landscape with beautiful sceneries and climbs in every category, from relative 'easy' to absolutely brutal.
One of the climbs I did last year (2017) was the Passo Sella (2.244m) from the southside (Canazei), a well known climb in professional cycling. The Giro d'Italia has often incorporated this climb in one of their stages. It's not extremely difficult and the landscape is stunning at least. So definitely a climb that should be on your bucket-list.
Just check some pics I've made last year:

As you probably can imagine..... This year I am planning a new cycling holiday in the region, I just can't wait !
