This was the first time I visited this part of Hungary on a road bike. Perfect roads with little or no traffic at all, except the region near Mohacs which I couldn't avoid. It was sunday, so it didn't really matter because traffic wasn't high.
After passing beautiful little villages of Magyarboly, Kislippo and Majs, me and may buddy on his trek madone entered Mohacs where we passed through the city center and continued north. Roads are wider here, but the scenery is beatiful.
Flat terrain become hilly as we continued north, all up to Palotaboszok where we took a break at the gas station. It was sunday afternoon and it was opened, they even accepted mobile payment via phone, so we didn't even need cash or credit card.
From now on, the route continued to be hilly all up to Pecsvarad, mid size town with some restaurants working but we didn't have time to visit them. After Pecsvarad we continued south with strong backwind so we arrived at the point of origin very fast.
