Today was a light easy day on the bike as i only did 1 hour at a moderate pace, but just because i had an easy day on the bike does not mean i had an easy day off the bike! ;) The high intensity balance and strength workout does not look like much... But try doing it 4 times in a row then we will chat again ;) Plus the rolling sesh hurts like a B*tch but all in all i think today was a productive day! See you guys in tomorrows video.
