Hi friends and welcome back to another awesome workout post.
Can't belive it has been 2 weeks on steem already, exciting times :)
The daily workout
Today, we are just going to take it easy and run.
I managed 45 minutes today, but anything that is above 15 minutes helps.
Summary
To prevent apathy we moved our bodies today. The running will get the blood flowing which will help us recover from the previous days of hard work.
