James’ interest in the drums has grown some in the last few weeks. He understand that the drum sticks are meant to be beat against the drum surface.
Today I saw first hand how well he understands when he snagged a drum stick from the basket and walked over to the lamp table and crouched down to beat the drum hidden underneath.
James wants to have his say in every thing these days so naturally when mommy brings out a cook book, he has to be right in the mix with the decision.

Can’t get caught snoozing or this bugger will be running up the stairs unattended in a moment.
I love my little man no matter his wrecklessness.
