This photo is the Bangui Windmills in Ilocos Norte Philippines this project started with aid grant from Danish Government to Ilocos Norte Province in 1998. Because of the geographical location of the province Between South China Sea and Pacific Ocean they are abundant in winds which is great for wind energy generation. The Bangui Windmills is also recognized as the largest in South East Asia, initially it is only 19 large turbines and currently expanding to 49.
