Where did the week go and Saturday Hive Giveaway for that matter? This past week really flew by and lots of good things happening for sure. Time really got away from me this week.
I probably should be a little concerned seeing that we have two potential hurricanes forming in the Gulf of Mexico right now. Both of their projected paths for making landfall early next week and later in the week just happen to be where we live.
Should be but I’m really not.
One thing I’ve learned in all my years is that very rarely do those hurricanes ever take the path that is first projected. I don’t know exactly why that is but they inevitably end up taking a turn somewhere along their path and end up either in south Texas between Brownsville and Corpus Christi or they drift east and end up hitting over in Louisiana.

Daisy did stock up on some extras at the grocery just in case we do experience some difficulties with the weather. I probably need to do a little stocking up myself on some snuff today now that I think about it.
Seems like the stores are totally dependent on computers now and not just power, so a store can have power put no internet and still not be able to sell stuff. I learned that a couple of weeks ago when I stopped at a convenient store.
The store had power but couldn’t sell anything because their internet was down. I guess they are on an inventory control type program that adjusts the stock levels in the store in real time and generates reorders automatically when minimum supply on an item is reached through the sale of the item.
