Today I had rather a bad experience. This was entirely due to what happened earlier today. So I was home alone this wonderful afternoon and wanted to have some food delivered to me. So I used a local food delivery app to order myself a pizza from dominos. The service promised me a half an hour delivery. That plus given the fact the the restaurant was just a couple of blocks away, I thought I would get my order delivered in no time.
However, after half an hour, there was still no sign of my food. I started calling the customer care and they told me my order was cancelled. I was already very hungry so I started to rant over the phone. To my surprise, the customer service cut the call. This infuriated me further. So I kept calling me. Finally they picked up the call and told that I can't order from dominos but I can order from some other restaurant. So I was offered the burger king. Atleast the second delivery didnt take that long. However I must say, the size of the burger is extremely small for how much I paid.
So that's been my day today. Hope all of you had a better one and didn't have any customer service issue of any kind like I did. Kudos guys.
