I've been really excited to try out the new Dapplr app. The previews were looking awesome, and seeing how Partiko died even before the fork, we NEEDED an app, and the folks over at have done a really impressive job putting the app together. it's only in Alpha testing, and already plenty ahead of where Partiko was at it's final update.
No disappointment here. I'm writing this post from the app. The editor seems to be working well. It has a simple, convenient, layout, and you can see a post preview with a swipe.
Adding photos was the only thing that confused me for a minute, but It didn't take long to figure out. It turned out to be simple enough with a few seconds of fiddling.
The rest of the app is super smooth, fluid, and aestheticly pleasing, thanks in large part, I believe, to all the different themes allowing you to change the color scheme to your liking. There is also a dark mode, which I prefer on every app, day or night.
This thing really is feature packed with very few bugs that I've ran into so far, and those have been minor. I can't wait to see where they go from here, because it's already looking good.
My only critique so far is unless it's in bold, the text is readable, but really small.
Here's a few more looks into the app.
