This week Dawood Ibrahim made an unexpected offer to surrender if he is being kept at Arthur Road jail. Immediately later one of his closest aides, Mr.Takla was arrested and deported to India.
It becomes more and more like Dawood is unable to keep hiding from India anymore and India is making some strong diplomatic move.
