Lately I've been a bit occupied with some irl stuff that I'm usually great at postponing but some of these things were hitting the boundaries of space and time.
I've also been trying to be a bit more physically active lately, have these two dumbbells that I've been trying to work out my arms and shoulders a bit. I also realized quickly why the bench in benchpress is important as my triceps were touching the floor which did not feel great the day after. Arms feel a lot heavier already though, but I've had to start off carefully as I know how long it's been and I don't wanna stress them to the point where I can't straighten my arms out anymore which has happened before.
I'm also thinking about getting back to the airbike which is the hardest thing for me currently, first cause it's kind of boring and second cause I need to use my arms for it as well, but third and most importantly is cause I get out of breath so easily lately. To the point where I went and had my heart checked out cause I wasn't sure if it's just cause I've become a fatass or if there's something else wrong with me cause it just feels like more than just having a really bad cardio. Luckily for me everything was alright with my heart after some echograms and whatnot, but there could still be the culprit that it's my lungs even though I haven't smoked nor vaped in years at this point, longlasting damage from the many years prior when I did smoke could still linger on. I may have to check on my lungs at some point too, hopefully when the bear goes back into hibernation instead cause currently I feel bad having to spend crypto and my savings that are soon to be running out.
But I should still do some cardio, maybe after some time I'll realize it was just the excess weight I've gained that was the culprit to my shortness of breath. So gotta just force myself to get onto that here soon, I'll make sure to post about how that went.
These new activities have kind of given me a kick to stop being comfortable with how things are and just doing my daily tasks sort of on auto braindead zombie mode and instead get to the things I've been neglecting.
One of those new things has been diving deeper into claude. I got the pro version recently and have been feeding it some info regarding our game and universe. Slowly making my way forward to the more important things.
I think I've also been sleeping a bit better due to the little physical activities I've added on to my daily routine, but it may be too hard to tell yet.
I figure if I can keep it up and get used to it, I may even go and sign up to a gym here nearby, but I don't wanna add more complexity (getting there and back) until I know I can do it and won't weasel out of actually going to the gym with excuses if I attempt to go too early. So focus will remain to doing things here at home first.
Anyway, that's kind of what I've been doing lately, other than voting on shares and some posts here and there.
