In 2019, the Pan Pacific Curling Championships kicked off in Shenzhen on November 2nd. After the two-day match, the Chinese men's team won three consecutive victories and the Chinese women's team won two consecutive victories.
In the first day of the match, the Chinese men's team took the lead to win the New Zealand team by 10 to 4. Then the Chinese women's team won the game with a 12 to 4 victory over the Hong Kong team in China. In the November 3rd competition, the Chinese men's team defeated the Hong Kong team in China by 12 to 7 and then defeated Nigeria by 16-0.
The Chinese women's team defeated Qatar by -19.
Zou Qiang, the fourth base of the Chinese men's team, said in an interview that the Chinese men's team is now a new team. First of all, the team is mainly based on a team to match the whole team. "In the Asia-Pacific region, the three teams of China, Japan and Korea are at the same level. that is a very good performance from all the team and i must also commend the coaches too because they thought them all well and they display good performance,i would love to see much better performance at the olympics and i am sure i will not be dissapointed because i am actually impressed with what i saw them do on tv the other day and i loved the spirit of sportmanship which they all displayed during the sporting event.....
i think china government should also be commended too because i notice that they do ensure they support every sporting events and sport teams in the country and that is why many china sportsmen and sportswomen do perform well whenever they go for any international sporting events and i really think the china government also deserve kudos for showing support to sports in china....
i would also want the china government to do more concerning the china's swimming team because i would love to see some china men and women win in swimming competitions too especially at the upcoming olympics that will be happening soon,there are so much great swimmers in china...
