Temptation is the only thing I cannot resist.
Maybe I should tell you a little background about the game first. It might make it easier to understand the reasons.
I do not know everything about the game, It is constantly evolving. A dedicated team for the game have maintained their focus and in many aspects improved the game.
Well that's enough of that. Let's move on the the complaint's.
Maybe complaint's is too dayum harsh a word to use. But I couldn't think of another word to use in place of "Reason's why not to play".
Before I list out this set. I would like to let you know, I am not a professional gamer. Playing games online is not really my thing. That I maintain playing any game for any amount of time amazes myself at times.
I enjoy the grind you see. Watching the process grow and how it evolves. In many cases the boredom sets in after a few levels. Maybe that is why I played Rising Star for so long, The rising in level is not just moving from level one to level two and then on up to 350 level needed for the last level in game.
Outside of those game set levels to provide a goal to aim for while playing.
You can set your own goals.
- For the amount of cards you hold.
- For how many fans skill or luck you have for your music lesson.
- Collecting all the unique music the game has to offer.
- I liked the setting time frames (that I never hit) to reach a number of fans.
- Build up a complete collection of the cards. *That would take some time).
I could go on with that list a bit more, BUT! that's not the list I came here to do. So let's move on.
Right. Let's get back to business. No one reads my Stuff, (Snook excluded there, bless her cotton socks, (I have no idea how she suffers through this stuff and still carries on). But if ye do read it by chance. Relay this back to Jux.
You see the thing about rising star is the vastness of the player base. It is people from all over the world. I mean people from different cultures, ways of life that differ in so many ways. All play the game and get along with each other.
I am a contrary feck at the best of times. Convinced I see the cracks, I can chat in the rising star game discord and none of them get abusive with me or give me grief, but let me voice my opinions. all and all a friendly group. Helpful too if you need it. Getting side tracked here. On to the bad stuff.
- The game is still in its infancy. Yes there is a wide range of cards available. The majority of those cards are going to be needed later. Realistically, many of the cards will be under printed. Probably all of the card minted to the point of this post will be under printed.
That brings me to another point. The game has not developed to its potential. Now some will tell ye that Jux doing all the work and stuff. So and So is getting cards ready for release. Take all that aside. That is nothing to do with what I am thinking.
Not developed to potential just means there is more to go. I see the game evolved to a 3D game (while still playable like we play now option). 3D characters holding their packs or individual cards. Pulling a Legend from the deck and the sparkle from the gold.
I see a venue in a 3D world where artist can perform a live show. Ah but someone else has to dream this to make the seed turn to fruit. Maybe we need someone to build a gameverse. Doing so, The gameverse would have to be one part of a bigger thing though.
Well I think I fecked this post up somewhat.
As a summary. The game is still in its infancy and has development that can take it in many directions ahead of it. Maybe all of the available directions.
Yea, So it's still a baby game and y'all know what babies are like, Great when ye can hand them back to momma.
