Mosquitoes are the deadliest animals in the world to us humans.
The diseases they transmit (malaria, zika, yellow fever and other deadly viruses) kill hundreds of people each day.
Only female mosquitoes bite us using tiny needles which pierce a vessel under the skin and suck blood from it, and at the same time inject into us saliva containing dangerous viruses that kill us.
