Excited to get planning with you today, the heats already coming and it’s gonna be like this for the next two weeks, time to start spinning those times of day around, I can’t believe it’s gonna be 84 tomorrow for about four hours, I’m certainly gonna need to do something about that — maybe take time out in the cold area in that cafe! :)
crashed out with biza last night and while I woke up a number of times in the night I felt like I got reasonable sleep, about 7hrs all told with 1hr and 20 minutes of that awake! - still more than I’ve had for the last three days thou — only managed an hour of REM thou — on average this week I’ve only been getting about six and half hours, rookie numbers. Need to bump those numbers! :)
Seems like poppet has some school thing next week so no pickup in this baking hot weather again — I hear what you are saying about yesterday, I was worried about it too and trust me it was hot, I took that water bottle an basically poured it over both of our heads when she got out of school as we walked to the stop, I got her an ice-cream and then the shelter was nice and cool, thankful for the breeze else it might have done us in.
Looks to be easing off in two weeks time, so just gotta crush the first two weeks of July and take it from there I guess. Looking forward to our get together tonight with wines, need to set something up for the audio thing, might be an idea for me to do a private low latency mixer stream I thing, that’s as pretty much low latency as we are gonna get I think.
actually I wonder if you did a private stream as well if we could combine the two streams into one shot — a bit like when you see those squads of four on mixer playing battlegrounds, need to look into that.
So yeah glad I got yesterday out of the way with the logistics of that, leave me clear to get the logistics of the day out of the way, record the top 10 and then settle into some modding before the day is done, maybe get a couple of hunts in today and then I think maybe their is some matches today if you are up for it, I know you said you are having a chill day today.
Being addicted to exercise is not a bad thing if it means you have less pain — trust me I’d rather you be addicted to something that allows you to have more mobility and ease of movement than pain any day, anyone would. I used to have similar things about exercise with my feet.
being on my feet for twelve hours doing that warehouse stuff while great money per week it was a nightmare on the feet and for the first of the four days off I’d literally be in pain and just stay in bed, I was a lot fitter than I am now thou.
I kinda secretly miss the level of fitness and jotting down creative ideas while doing that work, I’d sit with a pen and sketch things out because my creative side wanted to be doing something — the job was easy, just all pushing and pulling with these pump trucks and fairly heavy boxes of stuff, bit of scanning, working out numbers and codes and putting stuff out on the floor, we had a system and the hours would fly by — I’d easily do maybe 100+ miles on a four day work session, I did change to evening shifts thou before I left there.
Gotta do some more meditation again today, that reset the day before was really nice, gotta focus up, grab that lunchtime supplies and wine for tonight, get everything out of the way so we can squad up and chat about all the things for July! :)
Anyway biza, time for me to crack on with the top 10, I hope you are getting sleeps over there and wake up refreshed for the day! :)
